Terms and Conditions

  

I. General provisions

1. Legal relations established by concluding a contract for the purchase of the goods offered on the www.oneteam.store server (further also “virtual shop”) is governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code on concluding contract using means of distance communication. In the case of our virtual store, the means is primarily electronic mail.

2. You can choose the required goods from the offer of our virtual shop, which you find in the “shop” section.

3. Each individual product offered in our virtual shop is duly identified by the name of the product, which, however, does not necessarily have to match the official name of the manufacturer. For each product, the price and its main characteristics are given below. The price of the product is stated in Czech crowns and includes 10/21% VAT and all fees except for the cost of delivery to the place of delivery. (Article II, paragraph 1 of the Terms and Conditions). The stated prices of the products in the virtual shop are binding at the moment of concluding the contract on the purchase of the product.

4. The contract for the purchase of the items offered in our virtual shop is concluded upon the receipt of the confirmation of the settlement, which will be sent by the seller to the e-mail stated in the order by the buyer. The order is archived by the operator for a period of 24 months, and it is accessible to the buyer on request during this period. The contract can be concluded in the Czech language. By placing the order, the buyer confirms their consent to these Terms and Conditions.

5. After receiving the duly filled out order, our virtual shop (further also “the seller”) will confirm that the seller registers your order. The confirmation will be sent in an e-mail form to the e-mail address specified in your order. The confirmation of your order must contain the date of the conclusion of the contract, identification of the ordered goods, total purchase price, cost of delivery of the goods to the place of delivery, identification data of the virtual shop operator, information on conditions and procedures for exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, information on after-sales services and guarantees.

6. The goods are fundamentally delivered through the holder of a postal license, to the place specified by the buyer in the order (please note, that this applies only to the territory of the Czech Republic). In this case, the seller is obliged to hand over the ordered goods to the holder of a postal license within fifteen workdays from the moment of concluding the contract. The buyer is obliged to take over the goods upon delivery. If the goods are not in stock at the time of concluding the contract, it will be delivered to the buyer immediately after it is stocked. The buyer must be informed immediately.

7. The operator of the virtual shop declares that the personal data of the buyer stated in the order of the goods will be used only to process the order and thus to fulfil the seller’s obligation under the concluded contract. The buyer agrees with this.

II. Delivery of the goods and payment terms

1. The goods are generally delivered through the holder of a postal license, to the place specified by the buyer in the order. We do not charge packaging. Postage is governed by the valid price tariffs of the relevant postal license holder. You can find a detailed price list on the “Payment and delivery” page. In the case of ordering goods whose total purchase price will be higher than CZK 2,500, we do not charge postage.

III. Withdrawal from the contract

1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after taking over the goods (this does not apply if the goods have been modified according to the wishes of the buyer). If the goods are returned, the buyer must do so in the original packaging without defects.

2. Further, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract due to the seller’s liability for defects in the sold item according to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.

3. The buyer is also entitled to withdraw from the contract if the seller does not comply with the deadlines specified in Article I, paragraph 6 of these Terms and Conditions.

4. The seller is entitled to withdraw from the contract, provided that the buyer does not take over the delivered goods or refuses to take over. This also applies in the case of handing over the goods according to Article I, paragraph 7 of these Terms and Conditions.

5. It is also possible to withdraw from the contract by mutual agreement.

6. For a valid withdrawal from the contract, the buyer must make a unilateral expression of will designated by the virtual shop operator. Such an expression of a will must be in a written form.

IV. Responsibility for defects

1. The seller is responsible for defects in the sold goods according to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.

2. The warranty period is 24 months.
